Trustpilot is a massive scam and their content integrity team is a bunch of lying wankers and complete morons. they delete legitimate reviews for no reason and just plain lie out of their asses. I have just received over a dozen emails this week telling me all my reviews that I have left over the last 10 years have been removed. And then they tell me I have to provide an invoice or a receipt from years ago, which I obviously don't have anymore, which they clearly know. In many cases, it is for a review, which I already provided proof for at the time it was left as well.
Add CommentsTrustpilot refused to take down multiple, obviously fake reviews - including reviews that called our company by a different company name. Then, when I emailed several clients and asked them to leave us reviews, Trustpilot's content integrity team took them down. I guess if I would have paid them, it would have been different.
Add CommentsMostly untrustworthy. Like any other bureau which pretend to be fair and trusted platform, Trustpilot manipulates and silences negative reviews. The automated emails from their server have tracking pixels that are usually used by hackers to collect personal data such as device details, IP address, location and time.
Add CommentsTrustpilot can not leave honest reviews on this site, because "paying customers" can have the reviews removed! THERE IS NO TRUST WITH TRUSTPILOT!
Add CommentsTrustpilot should not be trusted. I'm writing this review because Trustpilot has repeatedly removed reviews which others, including myself, have written in defense of transparency and fairness. This company is in the pockets of multinationals who protect corrupt online companies in order to manipulate and coerce the general population. By posting favorable reviews of it's own company...
Add CommentsHave tried to review an instructor who helped my daughter before a test - the review was removed by Trustpilot. I tried to contact them 3 times by email to satisfy their requirements but with no luck…. This was my first time trying to rate someone via Trustpilot and I am not impressed
Add CommentsFor one, trustpilot supports their paid advertisers over the consumer. Meaning that if a company pays them to advertise, if that company scams their customers, Trust Pilot will wipe those records, and fact they are in Denmark, makes taking legal action quite difficult...
Add CommentsFor an objective consumer informed organization, I would use TP to help make purchasing decisions. I am also happy when service is either excellent (rare) or very poor to share experience with others so they can be concious of the risk. TP will renove review using argument that it breaches their guidelines for reviewers but not tell you how it does. I no longer Trust Trust pilot objectivity.
Add CommentsDear TrustPilot Team, I am very disappointed with the hostile approach from the Content Integrity Team who is damaging my reputation or supporting scammers who do it. Please find more details below. Issue 1 there are reviewers who are scammers. They are demanding money for not posting negative feedbacks. Your “Content Integrity” Team fully support...
Add CommentsThis site removes negative reviews and only keeps positive ones. It is paid by companies to take reviews and has a conflict of interest. I have been trying to post a Fraud warning about medscare.org and drugscare.us both are fronts for fraudsters but each time Trustpilot removes the post and gives those 2 domain names 4 stars. What a bunch of CRAP. Approach Trustpilot.com with caution.
