Add Commentstrustpilot asks me to review, then publishes my review UNDER MY SONS'S NAME! Despite being told this, it continues to do so. He sometimes uses this computer, but has had no dealings with the firms in question! I will not be using trustpilot again.

Add CommentsTaking down genuine reviews warning people about certain companies but leaving the fake reviews the fraudulent company has made. Trust Pilot is aiding and abetting theft and fraud.

Complained about Find my man and van bad service, but you are hiding it, probably because they pay monthly fees, so all about the money not the trust. You should call yourself dodgy pilot. That's my suggestion. Don't take it personally. Just helping.
Add CommentsEverytime I make a post about a site y'all let the scandalous site I speak the truth about take down the experience review. And if I take the time to right the review then it's truthful. How about instead of letting them take down the post u make them prove it's a lie instead of them contacting us and wanting more information.

Add CommentsI sent a review on the service we received from the AA. The reply from Trust Pilot was addressed to my deceased mother!!!! This was very distressing as it was the day before her birthday. She never had an email account in her life.
