I wanted to post negative review on the website www.trustpilot.co.uk. I saw that one guy posted negative reviews about the companies and everything was ok. I several times tried to post it, but moderators simply deleted it. I sent several emails to the moderators and asked about it. But they haven’t replied and blocked me at all. The worst situation and better be careful if you decide to post something on this website.
Add CommentsI wrote an email 📧 of complaint about a review you had up allowed on your app about bullies and my name was mentioned. I then became bullied AGAIN by allowing this post to be put on here for everyone to see. This was a direct hit on my character and you should NEVER be allowed to accept posts that are used to slander others. Trust Pilot you have never replied to my email regarding this matter. No I do not trust your app anymore.
Add CommentsIf I could zero star this company I would they are useless. I have written many reviews on trustpilot over the years. My experiences matter and this is why i take the time to write. The problem with trustpilot is that is flags any comment with it flagging software if it does not like a comment you have written about a company.
Add CommentsTrustpilot requested i send them proof of purchase with WorldRemit. I had written a scathing review of WorldRemit which I will include after My Review was deleted after WorldRemit accused me of not being a customer. To which Trustpilot had no hesitation in agreeing to. Despite they already having received my Proof.
Add CommentsI hadn't realized how much personal info I would be asked for when writing a review; there was also no mention that my information would not be sold to others; I'm canceling.
Add CommentsBut now when I go back to Trustpilot.com the majority of those other negative reviews of Life Ionizers is also gone. So now I have figured out that Trustpilot.com is a complete fraud as they are paid by their customers to only show the good reviews and to remove all or almost all of the negative reviews. Buyer beware.
Add CommentsOne such liar of a website is trustpilot, I thought anybody could get on it and write reviews but oh my god they only let good reviews on their website and write fake good reviews about companies themselves. Some guidance is needed for this review website as it does not declare itself as paid advertising for different websites where it is accepting money to display their good character and hide their wrongdoings.
Add CommentsWe are a new business and following a sales call with one of your team, we were encouraged to contact previous clients for reviews, we obtained 12 reviews in a couple of days nearly all of which were flagged for review or fully removed. All were genuine clients who took the time to review our business, They are reluctant to provide evidence but we as a business have offered to supply evidence. This was declined as not sufficient. It is abhorrent that after following your specific advice we have been impacted in this way. We have now looked for alternatives to trustpilot as you seem to put obstacles in the way for those who do not want to pay ÂŁ200 pcm for the upgraded package. Do paying customers have this same issue I wonder?
Add CommentsTrustPilot then released my review and it went live. Then for some reason I received an arrogant email from their integrity team, which I responded to with criticism. So they have now removed my review. Seriously, how anyone can trust TrustPilot is beyond me. For them to arbitrarily remove reviews means that ALL their review scores are questionable
Add CommentsThey delete genuine reviews all the time. I had a genuine issue at a UK skin clinic called DestinationSkin with the chemicals they used; and Trust Pilot just deleted it. They favour the companies obviously, but in that case there's no point us believing the ratings. They're not reliable. I would rather use another platform like facebook.
