TrustPilot Fake Reviews Make TrustPilot Untrustworthy
Trustpilot - Reviews And Complaints

I won’t recommend anyone to use the website www.trustpilot.com. I spoke with the rep before I agreed to deal with them and it seemed that they were professional and intelligent, because they fooled me and stole large sum of money from me. But everything what they told me about the job and services were total blah-blah. People, avoid these people at all costs and don’t trust them, because they lie without batting an eyelash.

My conclusion is "Yes" I agree with all of the comments I have just read, that they only publish good reviews and I too suspect that they being paid by some company's to remove "unfavourable " reviews, and may be as many people suspect fake many of the " five star" ones themselves.

Trust pilot is harmful to every small business owner. They give no ability for company to respond or deal with clients directly.

I posted a negative review about optical express. They asked for proof of our hase so I sent my bank statement and copy of the credit Agreement. This was not enough. They have rave reviews and no negatives so what's the point of them being a review site?

I had no idea Trustpilot takes reviews off line if reviewers don't send personal details relating to the review when the company they are viewing requests them. I have no intention of doing so. I got an email from Trustpilot saying this " if we don’t receive the documentation in the next 3 days, we’ll have to move your review offline until you get back to us." Outrageous. Is it the same threshold for all reviews, I wonder? Sorry, not using this site again, and deleting the reviews I have made and posting them on other sites that don't engage in this practice

Trustpilot is fake. They will harass you a million times until you remove negative reviews. They will come up with bogus reasons for removing them. "Your review contains personal information and will be deleted." ... well ... guess what ... my review did not contain ANYTHING personal ... no ids' no names, no addresses, no hints, nothing ... It's just a big fake marketing site

Disgusting company it’s no wonder nearly any company has a high score they remove any negative feedback you leave, the whole point of this site was to leave honest reviews not to have trustpilot paid by these companies to act on their behalf it’s disgusting and misleading

Trustpilot is a scam, no matter how many bad reviews, the company still is overall trustworthy. It is embarrassing. Getting poorer because of trusting trust-pilot... never again I trust this website! It is for the rich companies, not for the buyers who just get cheated of their money.

Trustpilot removed my review for a company I had used and then emailed me asking for verification. Even when I sent them the email confirming my purchase Trustpilot were still not satisfied. What's the point of leaving reviews when Trustpilot deny genuine entries? I don't trust Trustpilot to show an accurate and truthful review of companies therefore it is pointless to use them.

How can Trustpilot be trustful when all reviews are not treated equally. Do the positive reviews also have to verify their review. NO, they do not, it is only when the company makes a complaint! Perhaps, we should all flag the positive reviews for verification.

Trustpilot constantly deletes ALL our reviews from the profile without any explanation. We have spent a full day trying to get into the core of the issue. However, we received a very biased answer from the support team. Knowing that all reviews are from our clients, we do not understand the reason behind it. Definitely DO NOT recommend if you're a B2B company.

I posted a negative review of a kitchen company that used pressure selling. I didn't buy because of this. My review was taken down because I had "no proof of purchase" but trustpilot have dozens of five star reviews of the same company which are all non specific about the nature of the kitchen and the installation. I smell a rat.
