The answers from trust pilot are nothing more than parroting what Experian told me awhile ago.my answer is this you Experian takes the garbage they get from a paying client and then copies the answer to me. Experian should remember that I am also a paying client and I think congress should investigate that you have a conflict of interest in these matters and are collecting money under false pretenses you do not protect the individual clients, This is a conflict !
Add CommentsWell your review rating on Exoticca is very different than others, You are well reputed travel rating and by putting 4/5 Stars on Exoticca that has a very bad reputation as a very bad Travel agency, you are damaging yourself. Good Reviews on Exoticca is paid reviews and its not real.
Add CommentsAugust last year I tried to leave a very poor review for a scamming site that looked legit. I'm an IT nerd with a heavy financial background, and despite my best efforts, they scammed me for $10,000. I had a very detailed review that could be backed by dozens of emails outlining my experience, but Trustpilot wanted more documentation.

Add CommentsYou did not address my issue, and attempted to mansplain to me how to use the boost option. I stated in my review I have had these accounts for 7 years, they were all paid electronically, and are easily viewed in my account, as they occur monthly. I have addressed this issue for TWO YEARS, so YES, I have has payment history greater than 3 months.
Add CommentsMany people rely on this platform to help them to choose a reliable company for work to be carried out on their home, these people are interested with any constructive feedback from previous customers experiences to help them to choose the correct company. Unfortunately Trustpilot isn’t reliable.
Add CommentsI am registered with Trustpilot to assist by leaving reviews . They regularly write to me in length in German . I speak English . I have repeatedly told them this and asked to have this resolved yet they do nothing and continue writing in German. It is impossible to speak to anyone in customer support and i feel cancelling my account and ignoring them is the only way forward

Add CommentsI recently wrote a review of a fast-commerce website, highlighting how its interface was inefficient. However, shortly after posting it on Trustpilot, the review was flagged and deleted. Despite providing all the requested information to prove my authenticity as a real person, Trustpilot did not respond or revive the review.
Add CommentsI reported a professional scammer on bark.com with various documents and trust continues refuses to post negative review and alert the company. Very disappointing in service and would not trust any reviews from them.
Add CommentsTrustpilot, more like Mis-trustpilot. They censor free speech. It's is everyone's right to free speech and they want to control it like a fascist dictator. Clearly they don't understand the right to free speech, which is written in the US constitution, that or they are accepting corporate bribes to keep this service free to use.
Add CommentsTrustpilot remove feedback based on true facts. Even after showing evidence bad recommendations based on facts and emails are suddenly removed. Thus Truspilot is trustless.
Add CommentsVery difficult to use. Then genuine reviews are removed. The whole trust pilot project has been very disappointing and a complete waste of time for us. Definitely use a different platform for your customers to leave feedback. ZERO STARS.
