You let companies flag and take negative feedback offline. Your integrity dept remove reviews and send an arrogant "We're confident we're right" email. When you reply with actual proof you never hear back again yet the review isn't put back up
Add CommentsI replied giving the proof and understood that the flag would be removed from my review, as leaving it flagged would give other users the impression that my review was still under investigation. The flag is still there. I have contacted the so-called “integrity team” 3 times and always get the message that they will respond within 10 days.
Add CommentsYou do not deal with fake reviews properly, yet a company can mark reviews as non-genuine simply to get negative reviews removed. You also removed the facility to use a password which is highly annoying.
Add CommentsI was asked to give evidence of a website I have vistited and reviewed. After over 30 days I was aksed to give proof of a website through browser history that as an IT Person does not exist for longer than a few days at most.
Add CommentsI asked by TrustPilot to submit proof of authenticity i.e drivers licence, proof of payment to The Smile Team Turkey. I did so and was labelled a “Verified’ reviewer but recently was advised that my reviews to The Smile Team would be removed? Is Trustpilot colluding with the corrupt Smile Team in Turkey to keep bad reviews off their platform? Really concerning!
Add CommentsI had sent an email to trust pilot about potentially using their paid service for my website and the sales rep was TURBO speed answering me “hey let’s get you set up asap !” But the when I had a question about my not paid Trustpilot account on here it was a ghost town . I still don’t have answers. It is EXTREMELY difficult for me to get my customers (who already left a review on my site to leave one here. A bunch did and the reviews for removed! A few of them followed up with their orders screen shots and they told me Trustpilot never got back to them. Very silly and scammy despicable stuff, especially to small business owners. Bottom line : If you don’t pay the 200+ a month they will flag the majority of your reviews for your site, and they’ll probably remove this review too LOL . BS company
Add CommentsTrustpilot site is full of fake accounts with 1 review of 5 star. And this happens not daily but hourly using automation.
Add CommentsOfficially the worst on the planet. Generic responses totally unrelated to your requests. Repetitive replies (because they work like robots, or maybe they are bots and just do not bother to read your questions).
Add CommentsThey probably get paid by sellers to remove negative reviews. They claim to have a process of identifying fake reviews (actually they never very the fake 5* reviews posted by seller) but real reviews would be flagged by seller as fake.
Add Commentswas asked by trustpilot for a review so carried this out in good faith only for it to be removed. Won’t spend time reviewing again, life is too short
