I have had customers try to make positive reviews and they get deleted. This site is a fraud and is having detremental affects on my company . It should be taken down
Add CommentsI posted a bad review about my energy supplier and they not only removed but i was banned . Even now i cant post any reviews because i cant log in anymore. Trash
Add Commentstrustpilot removed all my reviews on their site even after i sent them all the documentation they needed to verify all this..it seems they only want good reviews. which make the retailers look good. and allowing them to rob people in a cost of living crisis, they dont have any integrity at all....this is very shameful
Add CommentsReally unimpressed with the way trustpilot works. I signed my company up, got about 100 5 start organic reviews from genuine customers, and then trustpilot removed about half of them (so far - more to come no doubt). I have very un happy customers who have poured their heart out over a review. I’m told by trustpilot I need to go through their official invite process, which basically means I need to upgrade to a paid plan, to ensure reviews won’t be taken down. If I had known upfront, I wouldn’t have bothered with Trustpilot.

Add Comments4 stars apparently from everyone which is convenient for TP as I cannot get a review published about anyone whom pays them. I will now predictably receive a dull platitude from a TP- sad to see this company fail due to simple greed.
Add CommentsTrustpilot is a SCAM! Many of its positive reviews are FAKE! Yet Trustpilot deletes genuine negative reviews! Internet. Businesses pay Trustpilot thousands of dollars to improve their images via this scheme.
Add CommentsTrustpiliot aka Trashpilot is manipulated by them to show the reviews they want rather like paying Google to have your advert first in a found search. Nothing impartial or trustworthy about them at all not to be trusted in any way shape or form. I will only leave my reviews reputable sites.

Add CommentsTrustpilot is crap, therefore you are. Here is my story: I bought a online service, and turn out it was a scam, I was so mad about that, therefore, I wrote a review from TrustPilot.com... I have read on "the guardian" that TrustPilot is where the scam service use paid review to write good about them, therefore, in my opinion, they got paid from scam to prevent from bad review.
