You try to flag the fake reviews, nothing happens. They don't get taken down for over a month to be investigated. You don't get an email from compliance. You get ignored. You can try to talk to the friendly online chat folk, but they will tell you to speak to compliance I won't be using the site any longer and I suggest if you are reading this that you think before doing so too. You might think that you're helping a small business, or other consumers by reviewing a company, but really you're helping to mask the reality.

Add CommentsIt appears if you review a major company or organization, too scathingly, then Trustpilot ask you to tone down or rewrite your review. Obviously if you feel strongly that your review is accurate and refuse to alter it, then it is removed. For instance, you call a parcel company (who have stolen 3 parcels from you) thieves, bit Trustpilot object to the review. So to me, if you cannot tell the truth, then what point in using Trustpilot. ?
Add CommentsTrust pilot is a total waste of time. You have to put what They want you to put or what the COMPANY want on the review. You then try to dispute the fact and ask why about removing the review from the site - NOTHING. I was warned about this site before using it I can now understand the warning, they are true.
Add CommentsSo sad that after years of writing reviews they chose to shut me down. I’m a retired journalist who is objective and fair in my reviews. Some supportive and others not so. They are all my own experiences. But somehow one of my reviews has hit home. I think Trustpilot have been “got at” by the company to which I gave a poor review. I’m so disappointed and will never use TP again. Now looking at other review platforms with bigger catchments such as Google and Amazon. Farewell Untrustworthy Pilot. Don’t think this review will see the light of day.
Add CommentsThey removed 3 years of my reviews altogether without any explanation. All of them were genuine reviews, not repetitive and with proof (like order IDs etc). I'm appalled. No customer service to rectify this, no help from them.
Add CommentsVery unprofessional. I left a so simple positive feedback. Based on a real experience. A lot of people read it. Unfortunately Trustpilot integrity team decide to remove it. I provided a physical evidence that I'm a real customer. But they never answered me. Don't trust to Trustpilot. Only companies who paid fee have a good reviews.
Add CommentsI'm feed up with trustpilot UK they let false information misleading the public every time you can't be HONIEST you can't tell the truth you can't put in your story unless they block your review every time I reported trist pilot to UK police for false reviews allowed as they will not let truth reviews stay on at all they get u edit or remove all the truth out what's left well not even worth putting on

Add CommentsAfter flagging numerous suspicious reviews suddenly 35 TrustPilot reviewer accounts were suddenly closed and their positive reviews removal saw my competitors Trustscore drop from a very acceptible 9.2 to around 8.1 But trustpilot compliance see nothing suspicious ? Was it TrustPilot themselves posting fake reviews or the competitor? Turns out it was both
